I recently purchased a 2008 Saturn Aura XR from John Batson. The car looked and drove great but needed the bumper buffed and an internal part replaced. John assured me both things would be taken care of and held true to his word. Shortly after I purchased, the weather started getting colder at night and within the first couple days I realized there was a major problem with the defrost system. I was very frustrated. I called John and he had me bring it in. He got me another XR model to use as a loaner and your service department found the problem and fixed it. I had my car back within just a few days and it's been great ever since. I appreciate great customer servicee and wanted to take a moment to reflect my appreciation of both John Batson and the service department taking quick action and handling the issue promptly. I bought a Saturn Aura Nov 5. Jeremy was very helpful, pleasant, friendly and very easy to work with. Also, Kim was very nice. Very pleased with my serivce and I love my 2008 Saturn!
